Company Overview: Topnotch Management (TNM) is a boutique management agency which represents some of the top tennis and soccer players in the world. TNM also manages and hosts several top-tier tennis events, including Tennis in the Land, a WTA 250 US Open Series event, and the Cleveland Open, an ATP Challenger 80 event.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
The Digital Marketing and Design Manager is a full-time, exempt position inclusive of divided responsibilities across all Topnotch Management operations. This role will lead the planning, development, and implementation of the organizations’ digital marketing and creative design strategies. Other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
The Digital Marketing and Design Manager is a full-time, exempt position inclusive of divided responsibilities across all Topnotch Management operations. This role will lead the planning, development, and implementation of the organizations’ digital marketing and creative design strategies. Other duties as assigned.
Digital Marketing
- Develop marketing campaigns, working closely with sales and operations teams to efficiently reach new customers
- Be able to think across design and strategy and have an interest in developing successful campaigns and pitches
- Guide athletes through social media best practices; assist in posting on their channels for partner campaigns
- Implement and oversee preferred search campaigns and website SEO; track traffic trends on Google Analytics
- Create/manage organic and paid social media for several accounts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linkedin.
- Manage websites via CMS and CRM, implement updates, and create content that supports SEO goals; work with agency partner to iterate and improve website while managing web development budget
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies
- Work with Director of PR to plan and implement advertising and PR campaigns
- Develop presentations and marketing materials as needed
- Follow results for managed athletes’ matches and games
Creative
- Implement/create and oversee Creative for all TNM brand assets, including but not limited to:
- TNM capabilities and sponsorship presentations
- TNM client and event sales assets
- Short-form videos/sizzle reel highlighting company assets/experience
- Print materials for catalogs, promotional cards, etc.
- Digital materials for website, email marketing campaigns, digital brochures, etc.
- Logo design and brand creation for new events and business endeavors
- Manage, cultivate, and enforce consistent branding for several different entities within the two companies
- Protect and enforce third-party partner brand guidelines (ATP/WTA Tours, sponsors, etc.)
Event Marketing
- Lead, create, and manage marketing and sponsorship campaigns for large, ATP/WTA-sanctioned events
- Oversee event branding development and enforcement for all event attendee touch points, both digital and physical
- Work with sales team to develop creative sponsorship opportunities
- Support event implementation and on-site tasks
- Liaison with third-party event operations partners, agencies, sponsors, and governing bodies
- Assist Tournament Directors in tracking budget for event marketing expenses
- Capture events and personnel headshots in photography and videography; curate photo/video library; sort and edit images; create and manage event photo galleries
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum one to three years of digital marketing experience; brand or agency experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, including presenting and writing abilities
- Proficiency in vector design, photo editing and manipulation, website CMS use, and Mailchimp. Example programs: Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom; Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer; Wordpress; Laravel-based websites; Weebly/Squarespace/Wix. Portfolio submission encouraged.

- Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends during events and travel 10 weeks a year internationally when required
- Knowledge of tennis a plus.
