Ekaterina lifted the first WTA trophy of the year (and decade) in Shenzhen; it was also her first career title at the WTA level. She now sits at a career-high WTA No. 26. JJ won his third Challenger title in Noumea with his third top-100 win, lifting him to a career-high ATP No. 181. (He only graduated last May.)
