Tennis Star J.J. Wolf to Serve as Great American Insurance Group Global Ambassador

Cincinnati, OH (July 13, 2021) – ATP star J.J. Wolf has announced a global sponsorship by Great American Insurance Group, whose member companies are subsidiaries of American Financial Group, a Fortune 500 company based in Cincinnati, Ohio. The announcement comes on the heels of Wolf’s career-best year, where he won two ATP Challenger Tour titles and reached the third round of the US Open.

The 22-year-old Cincinnati native was a standout at The Ohio State University and was the #1 ranked NCAA player in the country, prior to turning pro in 2019. On the back of four ATP Challenger titles and scoring an upset over the #29 seed at the 2020 US Open, Wolf’s ATP ranking has climbed to a high of #120 in the world. Beyond his results, Wolf has earned attention for his positive attitude on the court, as well as for the style he brings to his game. Going forward, Wolf is poised to continue his path as one of the top American players in the game.

Working his way back from an injury, JJ will return to action this summer playing tournaments all over North America, culminating in the US Open. Over the two-year agreement, Wolf will display a Great American Insurance Group logo on his sleeve during match play and make appearances with the Great American Insurance Group community.
